Davido Hints At Possible Collaboration With Wizkid

In a recent interview with a radio station,  Nigerian megastar Davido hinted at a potential collaboration with fellow megastar Wizkid.

Despite the fact that Davido and Wizkid have been major players in the African music scene for the past decade, they have not always seen eye to eye and their fans have been known to engage in heated arguments on social media.

However, in the interview, Davido mentioned that he and Wizkid have been maintaining a cordial relationship, with Wizkid calling him often to check up on him.

Davido, who just released his fourth album titled 'Timeless,' also disclosed that he is in talks with Wizkid about the possibility of a joint tour in 2023.

“I would be lying to you if I tell you that [the tour] is not in the talks. It’s looking like next year. I think me and Wiz are probably going to drop a record. Shout out to my brother. He literally calls me every week and checks on me. Shout out to Wiz”

Wizkid had earlier revealed on his Instagram account that he would be going on tour with Davido after his 'More Love, Less Ego' tour in 2023. The news excited fans who for years have longed for a collaboration between the two megastars.

With Davido's latest revelation, there will be renewed hopes for the possibility of a future collaboration between the two listeners' favorites.
