Since bursting onto the mainstream scene, Portable has been a driving force for the inner city, using his music and attention-grabbing lifestyle to make waves.

The artist is again in the spotlight, with a special request for Nigerian megastars Wizkid and Davido.

In a video shared on his Instagram account, Portable responded to Wizkid's recent philanthropic gesture of giving rising Hype Man GOE 20 million naira. He reminded Nigerians that he was the one who initially urged Wizkid to extend his generosity to the streets. This claim is substantiated by Portable's appearance on the Honest Mind Podcast, where he called on Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy to show support for the grassroots.

Acknowledging Wizkid's response to his request by generously gifting Hypeman GOE, Portable has its appeal. In the video, he clarified that he isn't seeking monetary assistance from Wizkid; instead, he desires a verse from the megastar, believing it would translate into greater financial success for him. Similar expectations are directed at Davido, whom Portable asks for a life-changing verse.

Portable has been actively seeking his next major collaboration after having experienced mainstream success with the Olamide Baddo-assisted 'Zazzu Zeh' hit single. He has expressed his ambitions and requested collaborations with Afrobeat’s superstars, Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, and Asake. Despite not receiving a verse from any of these stars yet, Portable remains unwavering in his pursuit of a collaboration that could propel him further into the realm of superstardom.
