The Nigerian film industry is once again in mourning following the tragic news of the passing of veteran Nollywood actor, Zulu Adigwe, which surfaced on social media on Tuesday. The actor's death was confirmed by movie producer Stanley Nwoko in a post on his Instagram page, where he expressed his condolences, writing, "Rest in peace, good actor."

Adigwe's demise comes just two weeks after Junior Pope and three other Nollywood actors lost their lives in a tragic boat accident on the Anam River. The actors were reportedly en route to a filming location when the accident occurred.

Adigwe was widely recognized for his portrayal of fatherly figures in Nollywood films. He rose to prominence with his role as Mr. B in the popular sitcom "Basi and Company" and also featured in the highly successful 2019 movie "Living in Bondage: Breaking Free."

Although originally from Enugu State and spending his formative years there, Adigwe later relocated to Austria, where he completed his primary and secondary education.
