Singer Simi recently expressed her admiration for the mesmerizing voice of her colleague, Chike.

She revealed her love for his voice, emphasizing that it carries a profound emotional depth.

During a recent interview with a radio station in Lagos, the talented mother of one shared her thoughts on Chike's vocal abilities. It should be noted that Chike and Simi collaborated on a romantic track titled 'Running To You' in 2021.

Simi mentioned that Chike displayed immense gratitude towards her for the collaboration. Their musical partnership resulted in a beautiful song that captivated listeners and showcased their incredible talents.

“I actually love Chike’s voice so much. There is so much emotions his voice carries". 

She said: “I actually love Chike’s voice so much. There is so much emotions his voice carries. When he wanted to do the song [‘Running To You’], I don’t even think I was around. He sent it to me. He already had a version of the song on his album, but I hadn’t heard the album at the time. And when I sent the version, I was like, ‘This is so beautiful.’

“I was so happy to do it. Funny thing is that I’ve done quite a number of features, but he [Chike] was just very appreciative. He kept showing how appreciative he is, and I really liked that.”
