Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have invaded Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic in Zaria local government of Kaduna state, abducting unspecified number of students and lecturers.

A student was also shot while several others sustained injuries during the attack.

Kaduna state has been in the eye of the storm with series of kidnapping in recent months.
