The Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina has said the scheduled National Day of Protest against the president’s delayed assent to the electoral bill is inexpedient.

Twenty-six civil society organizations have scheduled a protest for today at the unity fountain in Abuja.

But Adesina said the president will revert in a matter of hours considering that there is still a window of about one-week to do that.
