Reports have emerged that Yul Edochie, a renowned Nollywood actor, has tragically lost his first son, Kambilichukwu Edochie.

According to Vanguard, the actor's son was rushed to the hospital after becoming unconscious, but sadly, all attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.

May Edochie's sister, as reported by Vanguard, revealed that the young child had spent the previous night studying for an exam scheduled for March 30, 2023.

After completing the exam, Kambilichukwu joined his friends to play football, during which he started experiencing seizures. He was immediately taken to the Mother and Child Hospital, but tragically, he did not survive.

As of the time of writing, Yul Edochie has confirmed the heartbreaking news of his son's passing.

The young boy is the first son and second child of Yul and his wife, May. He recently celebrated his 15th birthday, and his parents celebrated him. "My first son just turned 15. Happy birthday to you Kambi Leo Yul-Edochie. Many more great years I wish you with loads of accomplishments and greatness. May God be with you always. Daddy loves you," the actor wrote on Instagram.
