Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed has said there is no cause to worry over government borrowing to finance budget deficits.

Speaking at a press conference in Abuja, Miss Ahmed assured Nigerians that the federal government is borrowing responsibly and investing in infrastructure.

According to her, the second quarter 2021 Gross Domestic Product is the strongest real GDP growth the country has recorded since the fourth quarter of 2014.
