Following an auto crash on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road on Friday morning, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has implemented temporary traffic management measures in the affected area. General Manager, Mr. Olakekan Bakare-Oki, announced new routes to manage vehicular movement and ease congestion.

For vehicles traveling from Lekki towards Bonny Camp, the suggested route is Akin Adeshola to IMB, Adeola Odeku to Ahmadu Bello Way, and Bonny Camp CMS. Conversely, for vehicles coming from Bonny Camp, the recommended route is via Bonny Camp through Ahmadu Bello, Adeola Odeku through Akin Adeshola, and Ozumba Mbadiwe to Lekki.

Alternative routes include traveling from Bonny Camp through Kofo Abayomi (Walter Carrington), then Bhojohnson, continuing on Kofo Abayomi, and then via Adeola Odeku through Akin Adeshola, passing by the Law School, and finally reaching Ozumba Mbadiwe to Lekki.

The general manager has urged motorists in the area to cooperate with traffic officers to ensure orderly and smooth traffic flow.
