Tobi Bakre, a Nigerian actor and reality TV star, recently shared details about his personal life and marriage in a podcast episode of 'Tea with Tay'.

Bakre revealed how he met his wife, Anu, at an entertainment event where they coincidentally arrived and left at the same time.

Having seen her twice at the event, Bakre decided to take the bold step of starting a conversation with her. She agreed to spend time with him, and their relationship blossomed from that point, leading to their marriage in August 2021.

Bakre and Anu welcomed their first child in December of the same year, and fatherhood has had a profound impact on Bakre.

Reflecting on the experience, he shared that he is now more self-aware and motivated to become a better person.

Bakre is determined to set a positive example for his son and inspire personal growth and improvement in all aspects of his life.

As a father, he recognizes the importance of being kind and loving towards others and strives to be a better person every day. Bakre believes that fatherhood is one of the best experiences in the world, and he cherishes every moment of watching his son grow and learn new things.

In his words, "Our first meeting was at a time when Toke and Ebuka were hosting a show for Toolz and Gbemi. And after that, we did a hangout.

"They were guests on the show. So we just happen to be entering almost at the same time. After that, we were leaving about the same time and it was more like ‘Do you guys wanna hang out’? Ok, let’s go hang out’. You know, Covid year came and the rest is history."
