TG Omori, widely known as Boy Director, has set his sights on a Guinness World Record, announcing his ambitious plan through Twitter.

Inspired by the recent achievement of Nigerian chef Hilda Baci, who broke the record for the longest cooking marathon, Omori aims to establish a new record for the longest video shoot. His strategy involves filming extensively across Nigeria.

In his tweet, he expressed his intention, saying, "Should I break a record by shooting a video across the entire country?"

This decision follows Hilda Baci's incredible feat of surpassing the existing Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon. The previous record, set in 2019 by Lata Tondon in India, stood at 87 hours and 45 minutes.

However, Hilda Baci shattered that record by completing 87 hours and 46 minutes at 7:46 am on Monday, May 15, 2023.

Over a span of four consecutive days, from 4 pm on Thursday, May 11, until over 10 pm on May 15, the 27-year-old chef cooked tirelessly to surpass the 100-hour mark, achieving her record-breaking goal.
