Teni, Nigerian songstress, has completed work on her forthcoming album, according to her recent Twitter post.

She teased her fans by asserting that the "world is not ready" for her new project and also shared a preview video.

Teni Apata has become a notable female musician in Nigeria with several hit tracks to her name.

She released her debut single 'Amen' while signed to Magic Fingers Records, owned by Shizzi.

Later, she joined Dr. Dolor Entertainment and gained recognition after releasing the hit singles 'Fargin', 'Askamaya', 'Case', and 'Uyo Meyo'. Her studio albums include 'Billionaire', 'The Quarantine Playlist', and 'Wondaland'.

In November, she collaborated with Mayorkun and the late South African singer, Costa Titch, to produce 'Maitama'.

In December, she revealed that she decided to tackle obesity due to fear for her life. However, Teni did not reveal the release date or album title of her forthcoming project.
