Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle is set to attend the highly anticipated draw for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The draw ceremony is scheduled to take place on Monday at the Mohammed V National Theatre in Rabat, Morocco. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) is expected to announce the procedures for the draw over the weekend.

Nigeria, three-time AFCON champions, will be among the top seeds for the draw, thanks to their strong position among the top six African teams in the latest FIFA rankings. The Super Eagles also secured a commendable second-place finish at the recently concluded AFCON 2023 in Côte d’Ivoire.

Eric Chelle, who was appointed as the Super Eagles head coach just two weeks ago, will be leading the team as they aim for success in the upcoming tournament.
