Nigerian-born writer, wordsmith, media enthusiast, voice actor, and self-defense advocate, as he likes to be known, has won the Next Radio Superstar 2022 competition, beating out Ebuka Ezekiel Onuwigwe for second place and Ebeledike Neenma for third place.
After months of auditioning and the contestants walking their way to the top 10, talking their hearts out on the live shows to earn fan votes, the show ended on Saturday night with Steavihn, Ebuka and Neema, earning the title of Next Radio superstar winner on Inspiration FM Lagos.
The winner received a monetary prize of #300,000 as well as a permanent work contract with 92.3 Inspiration FM. The first runner-up, Ebuka, received 200,000 in cash and a one-year work contract. The second-place finalist, Neema, received 100,000 in cash and a six-month work contract.
The grand finale kicked off with the top 10 contestants individually talking about their experiences, what they accomplished, and how far they progressed in the competition.
Soni Irabor, Taiwo Ajai-Lycett, and other notable guests and sponsors who graced the occasion presented the prizes.
