President Muhammadu Buhari  has announced the extension of the lockdown declared on Lagos and Ogun states, as well as the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) by another two weeks.

This comes as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control records a total of 20 new cases of COVID-19 in the country.

According to the NCDC, 13 of the cases were recorded in Lagos State, two each in Edo, Kano and Ogun states and one in Ondo State, bringing the total number to 343.
