Some members of the Peoples Democratic Party in Osun state on Thursday stormed the premises of the state High Court, raising an alarm over the alleged disbandment of the 3-man election petition tribunal.
The panel was set up to adjudicate over complaints arising from the conduct of the September 22nd governorship poll.
Niyi Owolade, one of the counsel to Senator Ademola Adeleke, the PDP candidate told journalists that the party members came for the hearing of an application and substituted service but were told by court officials that the panel had been disbanded.
When contacted to speak on the matter, the court registrar declined to speak to the press.
