Napoli made history by securing a place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the first time after a dominant performance against Eintracht Frankfurt, with Victor Osimhen netting twice in the match.
The Nigerian striker's powerful header just before halftime, following their two-goal lead in the first leg, settled any lingering doubts at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
Osimhen then doubled the lead in the second half, finishing off a brilliant cross from Giovanni di Lorenzo. Piotr Zielinski later converted a penalty after being fouled in the box by the Frankfurt defense, making it 3-0 on the night.
After the match, Osimhen expressed his delight, stating: "We want to enjoy the moment and look ahead. It's a great win, we re-wrote the history of this club... We follow our coach and look ahead."
With a massive 18-point lead in Serie A, Napoli's chances of winning the Champions League look promising as they advance to the quarter-finals.
