Reports suggest that Napoli will demand £150 million for their star striker, Victor Osimhen, this summer as Manchester United and Chelsea show interest in signing him.

Osimhen has made a name for himself as one of Europe's most sought-after strikers, scoring 25 goals for Napoli and helping them secure a 19-point lead at the top of Serie A.

According to Il Mattino via Mail Online, Napoli is expecting a flurry of offers for the Nigerian striker at the end of the season and has placed a hefty price tag on him in anticipation. Despite his contract running until 2025, the club president, Aurelio De Laurentiis, has no interest in negotiating with any club offering less than £150 million for Osimhen.

It is reported that Osimhen is interested in joining Manchester United, who are in the market for a new striker this summer. However, the club may be put off by the asking price set by Napoli.

Manchester United is also interested in Tottenham's Harry Kane, but they have been warned that he will cost £100 million this summer, and Spurs will reject any attempt to pay in instalments.

Chelsea has also shown interest in Osimhen, with owner Todd Boehly planning to offer cash plus Christian Pulisic in exchange for the striker. The Blues are still searching for a consistent goalscorer, with Joao Felix and Kai Havertz struggling to deliver.

Osimhen himself has confirmed that he will discuss his future with his agents at the end of the season.
