Controversial singer Speed Darlington has lashed out at those who no longer support him, telling them to “get lost.”
His statement comes just after parting ways with his lawyer, Stanley Alieke. Alieke had recently announced via Instagram that his firm, Law Capitol, was no longer representing the musician.

The split follows Speed Darlington’s recent legal troubles, including his prolonged detention by the Nigerian police for allegedly cyberstalking fellow artist Burna Boy.
In a viral video posted on his Instagram page, the singer responded to those advising him to move on from his feud with Burna Boy.
“I’m on my way to the studio for more music. My life is my content. Let nobody tell me what to post. If you are tired of supporting, you get lost. And let my God guide me,” he declared.
He also called out fans who criticize him while not financially contributing to his career.
“Support, support, how many of you spend money? I spend my own money, so shut up. Let me do what I want and keep your advice to yourself. I have been there and done that; the fear is not the same.”

Taking a swipe at Burna Boy, he captioned the video:
“Always singing about police brutality in Nigeria, yet he proceeds to hire police to hold me longer. And this is all you can say? ‘Leave him and move on.’”
Speed Darlington was arrested twice in October and November 2024 after mocking Burna Boy’s alleged connection with American rapper Diddy. He has claimed that Burna’s Grammy win in 2021 was due to his ties with Diddy.
In October 2024, he released a diss track titled Baby Oil, targeting Burna Boy and Diddy. The song gained popularity on Spotify Nigeria, and since his release from Kuje prison, he has frequently referenced it in his content.
Following his release, Speed Darlington assured his fans that he was back stronger than ever.
“I went to gather energy and launch back with a banger!” he declared.
