A two-storey building has collapsed on Amusu Street in the Orile Iganmu area of Lagos State, causing panic as people fled for safety. The incident, reported by users on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, has yet to receive an official response from the Lagos State government.

Several users reacted to the collapse on social media, calling for stricter enforcement of building regulations in the area. One user, @PR4orileboy, expressed concern for those trapped in the rubble and urged the government to enforce better housing standards, as many buildings in the area are in poor condition.
