Ladipoe explained how he forgot his lyrics while performing on stage

Ladipo Eso popularly known as Ladipoe or Poe a Nigerian musician was live in the studio for an exclusive interview on Lunchtime on Your Number One Family Radio, anchored by Kolade Dominate, Telojo Emina and Ebeledike Nema.

While conversing on the Lunchtime show, the award-winning singer listed his most important criteria for collaborations, he is keen on mutual respect, communication, Goodluck and God.

“Collaborations for me are always a mutual thing, the best ones are the ones where there’s a little bit of a vibe and mutual respect, it’s a good basis for collaborations”.

“it’s good to have a big and blown artist on your song. Most importantly you want someone that is going to deliver on your song. You want someone that’s ready and eager to push it with you’, he said.

In the fun and lively interview, Ladipoe mentioned that his first pay ever was 50k after a show with “Show Dem Camp” a Nigerian rap duo composed of Wale Davies (Tec) and Olumide Ayeni (Ghost).

In response to a question asked by Kolade Dominate, “do you think you are the biggest rapper in Nigeria”?  The first rapper to be signed to Mavin Records responded saying that he thinks biggest is not the word, he would rather call it one of the most important, because coming from a place where rap does not seem like a source of livelihood, he has achieved so much and anything is possible.

The “feeling” crooner featuring singer Bnxnalso explained how he forgot his lyrics while performing on stage and how he stylishly talked to a fan thanking her, while the audience sang that verse for him.

 

 

He said: whhhaaaat all the time, it happens often, you have to get creative before you cast”.

Know you” is definitely a big song, Ladipoe said.
