Al Waleed bin Talal Al Saud, a billionaire Saudi prince, has offered to award Nigerian international Odion Ighalo and other Al-Hilal players one million Saudi Riyals (£222,000) a piece if they make it to the Club World Cup final.
Additionally, the Saudi Prince promised each contestant 1,000,000 if they won the competition.
This is stated in a statement that was published on the NPFL Updates Facebook page on Wednesday morning.
"Saudi billionaire Prince Al Waleed bin Talal Al Saud has given one million Saudi Riyal (£222k) to each Al-Hilal player for reaching the Club World Cup Final and an additional one million if they win the tournament," the tweet said, quoting Twitter user @jacobsBen.
Al-Hilal defeated Copa Libertadores Champions Flamengo in the semifinals to go to the final, where they will play the winner of the Al Ahly of Egypt vs. Real Madrid match.
