Renowned On-Air Personality, Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, popularly known as Do2dtun, has officially ended his remarkable 20-year radio career.
Do2dtun shared the emotional news on his Instagram page, expressing gratitude and nostalgia for the journey. “20 years on radio, it is time to say goodbye. It is time to leave what I loved and would always love,” he wrote.
In a heartfelt reflection shared on Cool FM's Instagram page, the radio star recounted his humble beginnings as an intern in 2004, learning under legends like Daddy Freeze, the late Dan Foster, and Olisa Adibua. Through dedication and passion, he rose to become a celebrated voice in Nigerian radio.
“This must be one of the hardest decisions I have made,” he admitted. “I’m fulfilled in my heart that I built a legacy. Oh, my sweet home @coolfmlagos accepted me on Nov 1st, 2004, as an intern—dusty, unprepared, and knowing nothing about radio.”
Do2dtun leaves behind a legacy of creativity and inspiration, cementing his place as one of the most influential voices in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
