Chelsea is poised to announce the signing of striker Samu Omorodion from Atletico Madrid. Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed on Tuesday that the Spain U23 star is set to join the Blues.
Romano reported that Omorodion will sign a seven-year contract with Chelsea, running until June 2031. Personal terms have been agreed, and Atlético Madrid will receive a £35 million fee. The final confirmation will occur once Atlético completes the remaining steps for Julián Álvarez.
Additionally, Chelsea, managed by Enzo Maresca, is also rumored to be nearing a deal for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
