In an exciting move, Chelsea Football Club has successfully secured the services of 18-year-old Brazilian winger Angelo Gabriel from Santos.

Angelo Gabriel made history in October 2020 when, at just 15 years and 308 days old, he became the youngest player ever to feature in the Brazilian top-flight during his debut against Fluminense at the iconic Maracana Stadium.

Since then, the young prodigy has displayed exceptional skills, scoring five goals in 129 games for Santos. In April 2021, he etched his name in the record books once again as the youngest goalscorer in the prestigious Copa Libertadores, achieving this feat at the tender age of 16.

The left-footed attacker has showcased his potential at various levels for Brazil, representing the nation's under-15, under-17, and under-20 teams, displaying his immense talent on the international stage.

Angelo Gabriel marks Chelsea's third signing during the transfer window. The Blues have already welcomed France forward Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig for a significant sum of £52 million and secured the services of 22-year-old Senegalese striker Nicolas Jackson from Villarreal.
