Chadwick Boseman has been nominated for his first posthumous Primetime Emmy for his role in the Disney+ animated series What If...?
The actor who passed on in August 2020 after battling colon cancer, was nominated for voicing his fan-favourite MCU superhero Black Panther on the series' What If… T’Challa Became a Star-Lord? episode.
On Tuesday, July 12, the Chadwick Boseman nomination was announced among other notable personalities in television. The actor's official social media tweeted an appreciative post in response to the unprecedented nomination.
