BBnaija: Kiddwaya’s Mom Defends Her Sons As Critics Wonder Why They Still Live With Their Father

Kiddwaya says he owns properties in Abuja and London.

The mother of former housemate of Nigeria's most popular reality TV show, Big Brother Naija, Kiddwaya, has come out to defend him and his brother after critics slammed them for living with their dad.

Susan Waya in a post shared via her Instagram page said they enjoy every opportunity to spend quality time with their father.

I don't get it why it bothers a lot of people that my boys live their dad in their own home, go on holidays with him and enjoy every opportunity to spend quality time together," she wrote.

So when is it the right time to move out of their own home? Or is their dad complaining? Haba!!!"

Kidd's mum's post is coming on the heels of the comments and criticisms that have been generated on social media after it was revealed that the reality TV star still resides at his dad's house.

Four Dead As Armed Supporters Of President Trump Storms The Capitol Building

On the foreign scene, armed supporters of President TRUMP have stormed the Capitol building and forced a lockdown.

The US Capitol is once again secured but four people are dead including one woman who was shot after supporters of President Donald Trump breached one of the most iconic American buildings, engulfing the nation's capital in chaos after Trump urged his supporters to fight against the ceremonial counting of the electoral votes that will confirm President-elect Joe Biden's win.

Other than the woman that was shot dead by police, three others died of "medical emergencies".

Congress has reconvened after the violence halted a session to certify JOE BIDEN's election win.

Some Republicans were trying to overturn the results in some states but there was a lack of sufficient support.

Trump finally called on his supporters to "go home" hours after the riot started, but spent a large amount of time in the one-minute video lamenting and lying about his election loss. In one stunning line, Trump told the mob to "go home," but added, "We love you. You are very special."
Trump struck a sympathetic tone to the rioters he himself unleashed, saying, "I know your pain, I know you're hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election and everyone knows it. Especially the other side. But you have to go home now. We have to have peace."
However, later on in the evening Trump justified the mob's actions and praised them.
"These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long. Go home with love & in peace. Remember this day forever!" he said, in a tweet that was later deleted by Twitter.
Others inside the President's orbit tweeted their calls for calm as the mob repeatedly attempted to take over the building.
Donald Trump Jr., the President's son, said that his supporters who mobbed the Capitol were "wrong and not who we are. Be peaceful and use your 1st Amendment rights, but don't start acting like the other side. We have a country to save and this doesn't help anyone," he tweeted.

FG Needs About N2.44tn For Vaccination Of 164.8 Million Nigerians

Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19, BOSS MUSTAPHA, and the Minister of Health, OSAGIE EHANIRE, may be part of the nation's strategic leaders to be vaccinated first when COVID-19 vaccine arrives in Nigeria later in the month.

The Executive Director of the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency, FAISAL SHUAIB, who disclosed this at the PTF briefing in Abuja said they plan to take the vaccine to the public to prove to Nigerians that it is safe.

He said the Federal Government will need about N2.44tn for the vaccination of 164.8 million Nigerians, who will not have access to free vaccines the country is expecting from the international community.

In the meantime, the Chief Medical Director of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Prof. CHRIS BODE, has said the second wave of COVID-19 was ravaging the country and claiming more lives.

BODE, who made the assertion at a news conference in Lagos, said the resurgence of COVID-19, through the newly mutated form, has proven to be very dangerous.

He said unlike what we witnessed in the first wave, this one is even more easily transmitted and deadlier too.

Prof. CHRIS BODE, noted it is imperative for everyone to accept that the COVID-19 pandemic is not over and that we must prepare to confront it all over again.
