God Told Me Tinubu’s Administration Will Last Eight Years – Dave Umahi

In a recent interview on a monitored program former Ebonyi State governor and current Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, expressed his strong belief in President Bola Tinubu's divine destiny to lead Nigeria for eight years. Despite Tinubu being in the early stages of his first four-year term, Umahi remains optimistic about his re-election in 2027, citing divine guidance.

“You must know that the coming onboard of Mr President is divine. When God starts a thing, He completes it,” he said.

“So, I strongly believe and I am persuaded to let you know that God told me that this administration will last eight years because this administration is born of God.”

Umahi praised Tinubu's leadership, attributing it to divine inspiration and stating that the administration is on the right path to restoring the country's dignity.

He highlighted the progress on the Third Mainland Bridge repair, noting that 99% of the rehabilitation is complete. Umahi mentioned additional work being done, including the installation of solar lights and CCTV cameras to address illegal activities like sand mining.He assured that the bridge would soon reopen, underscoring President Tinubu's commitment to infrastructure development and national security.

The Federal Government has declared Friday, March 29, and Monday, April 1, 2024, as public holidays to mark the celebrations of 2024 Good Friday and Easter Monday.

The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, made this known in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Aishetu Ndayako.

The minister called on Christians to imbibe the values of love, forgiveness, and compassion, which are essential for social cohesion and harmony.

These virtues, as embodied by the season, are capable of impacting positively on the socio-economic development of Nigeria by fostering unity, reducing conflicts, and encouraging cooperation.

Ojo wished Nigerians a happy and blissful Easter celebration, calling on Nigerians to support the President Bola Tinubu-led administration.
