Yul Edochie Explains His Break from Ministry

Actor and self-styled cleric Yul Edochie has resumed his online ministry after a brief break, explaining that he took the break to spiritually prepare for God's work. During this period, he stated that God revealed many things to him, which he is now ready to share with his congregation.

Edochie promised to expose secrets and teach his followers how to protect themselves from evil forces. He emphasized that religion alone cannot save people and that prayer is not enough, citing the proliferation of churches despite the persistence of evil.

"Religion will not save us. Prayer is not enough. That is why we have thousands of churches springing up every day, yet evil persists. I took a break from my ministry so I could prepare myself spiritually for God’s work. During that time, God took me on a journey and revealed so much to me," Edochie shared.

He invited members to join him for a live broadcast on YouTube and TikTok, promising an "explosive" session. "Don’t miss our live broadcast this Sunday. I will expose many secrets and teach you how you can protect yourself from the evil plans of the devil, which are spreading rapidly. Streaming live on YouTube on Yul Edochie TV and TikTok @yuledochieodogwu. Don’t miss it. It will be explosive," he wrote.

Lawyer Claims Yul Edochie Has Stopped Supporting May’s Children

Emeka Ugwuonye, a lawyer, has alleged that Yul Edochie has stopped providing for his children with his estranged wife, May.

In an Instagram post, Ugwuonye claimed that Yul has directed his children to rely on May for their needs, stating that she earns more money than he does. Additionally, Ugwuonye accused Yul of committing a crime by marrying Judy, stating, “Yul is not supporting his children at all. He told his daughter that their mother now makes more money than him.

"Can you imagine? Now you want to practice polygamy but cannot take care of your children? If you have a marriage under the Marriage Act and try to marry a second wife, that is a crime," Ugwuonye added.

Ex-Wife Maureen Esisi Admits Regrets Over Marriage to Blossom Chukwujekwu

Maureen Esisi, the estranged wife of Nollywood star Blossom Chukwujekwu, has expressed regret over her marriage to the actor. Speaking on 'The House Chronicles' podcast, the fashion designer referred to their five-year marriage as "wasted years."

Reflecting on her life, Esisi lamented that she could have been a mother of two if she had married someone else. "I regret marrying him [Blossom Chukwujekwu]. It was wasted years. Five years of my life, that’s a lot. I would have married somebody else and probably had two kids by now," she said. "I wish I had kids. Because trying to have kids now is just scary and annoying. I’m currently working on having kids. I don’t know how it’s going to happen, but I must get pregnant this year."

Blossom Chukwujekwu remarried Pastor Ehinome at Christ Embassy in June 2022, three years after his marriage to Esisi ended. Esisi insisted that Chukwujekwu was the one who "walked away," emphasizing that for her, "divorce wasn’t an option." She also mentioned that they were not officially divorced, as she hadn’t signed any legal documents.
