Popular dancer, Poco Lee has called out Nigerian artistes for paying international dancers and asking Nigerian dancers to vibe to their songs for free.

The dancer in the Instalive session also accused Nigerian artistes of not recognizing dancers.
 

Poco Lee also expressed concern over the plight of dancers who can’t survive like him, while pointing out the inflated prices of things in the market.

Popular Nigerian singer Banky W and his wife, Adesua Etomi have welcomed their first child. The couple tied the knot on November 19, 2017.

The music star took to his Instagram page on Monday, February 22, 2021, where he announced the big news as part of activities to mark Adesua's birthday.

"Happy birthday to my lady, my love and Purpose Partner, My world, my wife and Baby Mama. I didn't think it was possible for you to be more beautiful than you already were... but I was wrong. Because you're not just beautiful, you're strong. You're grace and favour personified, and you're so much more," he wrote.

"Words cannot properly express how grateful I am for you, how much I love you, or what we've been through. I'm thankful that you're mine And that God made everything beautiful in His time He turned our tears into triumph, and our loss into laughter."

"Having a daughter has made me so vulnerable. I want her to never be hurt, sad, insecure, in pain, confused or afraid. The fact I won't always be able to control these things has made me the most vulnerable I've ever been in my life," she tweeted.

"I have to be the best example for her. So help me God."

The mother of one recently celebrated her second wedding anniversary with hubby, Adekunle Gold.

The couple welcomes their first child  in 2020.

Fireboy Leads The Way With Most Awards At The 14th Headies

His album, 'Apollo' also becomes the fourth YBNL album to nab Album of The Year after Olamide won for three consecutive albums between 2013 and 2015.

On February 21, 2021, the 14th Headies Nigeria's premier music award show held via virtual and live media due to COVID-19 restrictions.

A lot of the show had been pre-recorded and the live event, featuring nominees held at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos. The red carpet began at 5pm while the main event belatedly commenced around 9:50 pm.

The year-in-review is between July 2019 and September 2020. After leading nominations with nine, Fireboy led the way with five wins including Album of The Year for his sophomore album, Apollo. By doing so, Fireboy becomes the second YBNL act to win an Album of The Year.

His album, 'Apollo' also becomes the fourth YBNL album to nab Album of The Year after Olamide won for three consecutive albums between 2013 and 2015; YBNL, Baddest Guy Ever Liveth and Street OT.

Wizkid won two awards including Artist of The Year. Nigerian heartthrob, Simi also went home with two awards including the newly created Songwriter of The Year.

For his part, Nigerian new-kid-on-the-block, Omah Lay won the coveted Next Rated award, which comes with a new SUV. On the night, Nigerian celebrities like Davido and Burna Boy were snubbed by the Headies.

Mayorkun, The Cavemen, LadiPoe, Moelogo and Master KG also went home with one award each.

The last Nigerian artist to win five in a night was Wande Coal, at the 2010 edition of The Headies.
