Odumodublvck Names Mikel Obi as Nigeria’s Greatest Footballer Ever

Renowned rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has ignited a heated discussion among football fans with his recent take on Nigerian football history. The “Cast” hitmaker took to X to proclaim Mikel Obi as the greatest Nigerian footballer of all time, stating, “Mikel Obi is the greatest Nigerian footballer of all time.”

The declaration quickly divided opinions online. While some fans echoed Odumodublvck’s sentiment, others strongly disagreed, citing legends like Rashidi Yekini, Kanu Nwankwo, Austin Jay-Jay Okocha, and more as their picks for Nigeria’s top footballer.

Mikel Obi’s illustrious career bolsters the rapper’s claim. At the club level, he enjoyed immense success with Chelsea, securing two Premier League titles, four FA Cups, and a coveted Champions League trophy. Internationally, he led Nigeria to the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations title and earned a bronze medal at the 2016 Olympics. In 2013, he was also named runner-up for the African Footballer of the Year award.

Orezi Admits to Once Offering a Lady a House for Sex

Nigerian singer Orezi recently admitted to promising a house to a woman he was romantically involved with, only to later back out of the commitment. The revelation came during an interview with Echo Room, where he weighed in on the ongoing Lamborghini controversy involving Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy and socialite Sophia Egbueje.

Orezi argued that it’s acceptable for men to break promises to women, pointing out that women, too, often fail to keep their vows of fidelity. “I’m not one of those Lamborghini guys,” he said. “I’ve never promised a lady anything close to N300 million—am I out of my mind? I did once promise a lady a house, but I didn’t follow through. Why would I buy her a house? For what? Women promise to stay faithful to one partner and then don’t. So, let both sides keep making promises—it’s a dog-eat-dog world [laughs].”

Konga Calls Out Burna Boy Over Alleged Use of His Lines and Rhythm, Demands Collaboration

Veteran Nigerian singer Konga has publicly called out Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy, accusing him of using his lyrics and rhythm without credit in some of his songs.

In a video shared on his TikTok page, Konga pointed out that Burna Boy name-dropped him in the Sungba Remix with Asake and allegedly incorporated his lines and rhythm in the song Update.

Rather than taking a legal approach, Konga is requesting a collaboration as compensation. He urged Burna Boy to feature on the remix of his track Kabakaba alongside Tiwa Savage.

“I’m calling out Burna Boy because I noticed he referenced me in Sungba Remix and also used some of my lines and rhythm in Update,” Konga stated.

He acknowledged Burna Boy’s appreciation for his style, saying, “I love the fact that you vibe with my flow, and I appreciate that. But as a way forward, I want you and Tiwa Savage on Kabakaba Remix. I’m calling you out with respect, and I look forward to your response.”

Now, fans are waiting to see if Burna Boy will acknowledge Konga’s request and join forces on the remix.

Portable succumbs to pressure, apologizes to Saheed Osupa for calling him ‘big for nothing’

Controversial singer Portable has publicly apologized to Fuji icon King Saheed Osupa after previously calling him “big for nothing.”

Portable had earlier criticized Osupa for taking down his song from streaming platforms over copyright issues. The dispute arose after Portable used a line from Osupa’s song, prompting complaints from the Fuji legend and his distribution team, which led to the removal of Portable’s track from Apple Music and Spotify.

However, in a recent video shared on his Instagram page, Portable expressed regret over his actions, attributing them to his hot temper. He admitted that he let his emotions get the best of him and pleaded for forgiveness from both Osupa and his fans.

“My people, I know I have a temper. I’ve said my piece, and it ends here. My fans, please forgive me. King Saheed Osupa, Oba Orin, I’m sorry for my words,” he said.

He further explained that money was at the root of their misunderstanding, emphasizing that financial disputes often cause conflicts, even within families.

“It was music money that led to this issue. When I went to collect my earnings, I was told my song had been taken down. Please, my father, forgive me and accept me as your child,” Portable pleaded.
