Actor Baba Ijesha Arrested For Defiling A 14-Year-Old Girl

Yoruba Nollywood actor Olarenwaju James also known as Baba Ijesha has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for defiling a minor.

The actor confesses to sexually assaulting the young girl since she was 7.

The police command, in a statement released via its Twitter handle on Thursday, April 22, 2021, said the actor was arrested for defiling a 14-year-old girl.

"The Lagos State Police Command has arrested one Olarenwaju James 'm' 48, aka Baba Ijesha, popular Nollywood actor for defiling a minor. The case of defilement was reported on 19th April, 2021," part of the statement read.

It also stated that the actor has been sexually assaulting the 14-year-old girl since she was 7.

"Based on preliminary findings, the suspect started sexually assaulting the victim, 14 years, since she was 7 year old."

"The suspect confessed to the crime and was also captured by a CCTV camera in the house of the complainant. The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu, has ordered for proper investigation as he promised to do justice in the matter."

Police Dragged As Kiddwaya Steps Out With Four Escorts

The Nigeria Police has come under attacks after a viral picture of ex- BBNaija housemate, Kiddwaya with four escorts surfaced online.

Kiddwaya on Wednesday shared pictures on his Instagram and Twitter pages.

He was seen surrounded by four armed police officers.

He captioned post; “Oya. It’s round 2. Let’s move out.”
This did not go down well with Nigerians who called out the Police for giving such security to a celebrity while insecurity heightens in many parts of the country.

However, some hailed the billionaire’s son, explaining the level of kidnapping in the country was enough reason for him to have such security.

This is coming at a time when new acting Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba ordered the withdrawal of senior police officers from EFCC.

@ValarMuurghulis tweeted: “I thought they said the new IG withdrew all policemen attached to VIPs, everything is just audio in this Nigeria.”

Lil Wayne Sparks Marriage Rumors To Model Girlfriend Denise Bidot

Lil Wayne has sparked rumors that he married on-again, off-again girlfriend Denise Bidot when he tweeted on Tuesday about “our forever.”

“Happiest man alive! Today is the beginning of our forever,” the 38-year-old tweeted. “Forever?? Forever, ever?? FOREVER EVER!!!!! The Carters.”

Prior to the new marriage rumors, Wayne, 38, and Bidot were reported to have broken up in the fall over his support of President Donald Trump.

Following the split, Wayne hinted the 34-year-old model couldn’t handle being with someone so intense.

Weezy however did not say who he married, but he’s been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Denise Bidot for the past year.

Just last week, the rapper shared a video of the model on the beach writing their names in the sand. The romantic clip was accompanied by an unreleased song from the Young Money boss, “Let’s spell our names in the sand and draw a heart around it.”

The couple, who started dating in April 2020, often showed PDA on social media. “You’re my best friend, my lover, and way more than a dream come true,” Bidot wrote while celebrating Wayne’s birthday in September.

This is would be the second marriage for Weezy, who was previously married to his high school sweetheart Toya Johnson from 2004-2006. They share a 21-year-old daughter, Reginae.

Wayne also has three sons from previous relationships.
