Six Things You Did Not Know About Dalton Gomez, Ariana Grande’s Husband

The news of Ariana Grande’s intimate wedding with Dalton Gomez broke the internet yesterday after TMZ released reports of the event that held over the weekend.

The wedding featured about 20 family members and friends from both sides. The couple made their vows and said I do’s in Ariana’s home at Montecito, California.

The popstar’s relationship with Dalton, unlike her previous ones, has been kept under wraps. Asides from various Public Display of Affection caught on camera by paparazzi, Ariana only posts glimpses of Dalton, whose Instagram page was set on private after their relationship became public knowledge.

Here are some facts about the very private Dalton Gomez:

Dalton is 25 years old. He was born and raised in Southern California.
He is a real estate tycoon working as a buyer’s agent for the Aaron Kirman Group — a luxury real estate company in Los Angeles.
He served as the Director of Operations for Aaron Kirman Group just within his first 3 years with the company.
According to his bio on the company’s website, Dalton has extensive knowledge in the fields of architecture and luxury real estate. He also holds one of the largest accounts of A-list buyers.
While Dalton is not in the entertainment industry, sources told Elle that he has many friends in the industry as he used to be a dancer.
He received a stamp of approval from Ariana’s mother, Joan Grande, when she confirmed the couple’s engagement in December via a tweet that read, “I am so excited to welcome Dalton Gomez into our family! Ariana, I love you and Dalton so much!!!! Here’s to happily ever after! YAY! xoxoxo”

While the couple is yet to confirm the news, congratulations have been pouring in from all quarters to wish the couple a happy married life.

Kaduna Declares NLC Chairman, Others Wanted

The Kaduna State Government has declared the chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Ayuba Wabba, and others wanted.

Wabba had on Monday led workers in the state on a warning strike to force the state Governor, Malam Nasir El-rufai, to rescind his decision to sack workers in the state.

The action by NLC led to the grounding of economic and social activities in the state with workers in the railway, aviation, medical sector and others joining the protest staged by the Congress.

Reacting, Governor El-rufai, in a tweet yesterday, said the NLC and its protest displayed some unlawful actions. He accused the Congress of “shutting down electricity, coercion and restraints of personal freedom, trespass into public facilities and denial of access to healthcare for several of our citizens.”

“They closed several hospitals and chased away the patients,” he added.

Giving an update today, El-rufai said Wabba and others at the NLC are wanted and that a handsome reward will be paid for information on their hideout.

“KADUNA UPDATE: Ayuba Wabba & others of @NLCHeadquarters declared wanted for economic sabotage & attacks on public infrastructure under Miscellaneous Offences Act. Anyone that knows where he is hiding should send a message to @MOJKaduna KDSG. There will be a handsome reward!” he tweeted.

Comedian Princess Says She’ll Win Someday As Baba Ijesha Is Granted Bail

Baba Ijesha's bail has been greeted with mixed reactions.

Nigerian comedian Princess has reacted to the bail granted to alleged child molester Baba Ijesha.

The mother of the molested child took to her Instagram page on Monday, May 17, 2021, where she reacted to the disgraced actor's release.

"I will win not immediately but definitely," she wrote.

The comedian's post came barely a few hours after the news broke of Baba Ijesha's release.

According to Punch, the disgraced actor was granted bail on Monday, May 17, 2021.

“He has been granted bail about one hour ago. We are working to perfect the bail. He was granted bail on health grounds. He has not been released. He will be released after his bail conditions have been met,” his lawyer Adesina Ogunlana told Punch.

The actor was arrested in April for molesting a child.

A few days after his arrest, Princess revealed that it was her foster child that was molested by the actor.
