Hushpuppi: Kyari Breaks Social Media Silence Over Hushpuppi Probe

In the face of a police probe into his alleged involvement in a $1.1m Internet scam allegedly carried out by a Nigerian UAE based Instagram influencer, Abbas Ramon, also known as Hushpuppi and four others, suspended former Head of the Intelligence Response Team, DCP Abba Kyari today returned to social media after a three-week break

Following the outrage against his Facebook post on August 4, 2021, Kyari had deleted the post and disappeared from the Blueville.

However, the indigene of Borno State indigene took to his verified Facebook page, that has no fewer than 450,000 followers

Kyari shared a 21-second hilarious TikTok video posted by one Sanda Tobacco wherein a cart pusher was recorded showing some roller skating skills while the videographer laughingly said the cart pusher “is very crazy wallahi!”.

Inspiration FM News recalls that a Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent, Andrew Innocenti, in a document titled, ‘Criminal Complaint By Telephone Or Other Reliable Electronic Means’ filed before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, had alleged that Hushpuppi contracted the services of Kyari, also called super cop, after a “co-conspirator,” Chibuzo Vincent allegedly threatened to expose the alleged $1.1m fraud perpetuated against a Qatari businessman.

In his statement, Innocenti, alleged that the Hushpuppi paid the police officer N8m or $20,600 for the arrest and detention of Vincent.

Kyari subsequently took to Facebook on July 29, 2021, to detail his denial against the allegations but he did a u-turn, by deleting the post after series of editing and changes to the narrative.

Comedian Mr Macaroni- This Government Is Incompetent And The Vice-President Is Not An Exception

Comedian Mr Macaroni has lashed out at the Buhari-led administration over an alleged incompetence.

The Instagram comedian who was reacting to the recent attack on the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) by suspected bandits and the widespread insecurity in the country, recalled how he had high hopes that Osinbajo would bring about positive change in the country’s socio-political landscape in 2015.

Mr Macaroni stated that those who defend the vice-president always admit that the government is incompetent with excuses like "as much as the VP wants to make things work, he has no power to."

He reiterated that this present government is a failure and the Vice-President is not an exception. According to him, terrorists are being pampered and forgiven while innocent citizens are being targeted, threatened and even killed.

The comedian maintained that Buhari rode into office as a savior and heavily criticized Goodluck Jonathan on insecurity.

He tweeted;

"I remember how I struggled to present this to the Vice-President during my time as SUG President.. he just assumed office then. And with all I read and heard about him, I said the Professor will definitely make us proud. But now they said his hands are tied

Those defending the vice-president always admit that the government is incompetent. They claim that as much as the VP wants to make things work, he has no power to. Are we not all saying the same thing? That the government is a failure. E pele. Must be a tough job

If you like spread lies about me. It doesn’t change the fact that this government is incompetent and reprehensible!! And no, the vice-president is not an exception. As a matter of fact, he is the number two citizen in the country. Fix the nation!!!

Saying it one more time for emphasis!!! The present government is a failure and the vice-president is not an exception! Terrorists are being pampered and forgiven while innocent citizens are being targeted, threatened and even killed. The govt must do better!!!

I sometimes go back to watch videos of how President Buhari heavily criticized GEJ on Insecurity. President Buhari rode into office as per the savior. A man of integrity. A general who will come into office and take control. I can’t even lie, I had high hopes. Look at us now

The invasion of the NDA is a pointer to how emboldened Bandits and Terrorists have become in our Country. It is also a reality check. If the NDA can be attacked and military men kidnapped then who is safe in Nigeria?

I’m just so tired of everything!!! Knowing that no one is safe in our own country is just so heartbreaking. Nigeria is so blessed yet the people suffer! Even in our struggle to survive, there is no security of loves and property.

This government is incompetent and reprehensible and the vice-president is not an exception - Comedian, Mr Macaroni

Singer Ric Hassani Laments Difficulty In Finding Love

The music star says he has handed over his search for a life partner to God.

Nigerian singer Ric Hassani has lamented how hard it has been trying to find the right partner.

The music star made his frustrations known via his Twitter page on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

"Finding someone these days is so scary for me, considering the intense craziness I've been through. I have really put it in God's hands completely at this point, my discretion has failed me in the past and almost cost me everything,'' he tweeted.

"I think a decision as serious as finding a life partner it is not wisest for one to rely completely on their own discretion. There has to be a degree of surrender to a higher power for that decision. Life partnership is a make or break, and I say it from first-hand experience."

"I travel the world, make and have some really interesting amounts of money, come back to this big, incredibly arranged house, but I come back to no one. I love the Peace because it's priceless, but deep down I pray God sends me a solid and worthful companion. Amen."

Ikechukwu Eric Ahiauzu better known as Ric Hassani is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and musician.
