Trey Songz Accused Of Sexual Assault By Basketball Player Dylan Gonzalez

The music star has denied the allegation.

American singer Trey Songz has been accused of sexual assault by basketballer Dylan Gonzalez.

The former University of Nevada basketball star took to her Instagram page on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, where she revealed that Trey Songz raped her and caused her “unbearable PTSD.”

“With what seems like endlessly reoccurring news of the alleged sexual assaults committed by Trey Songz, I am forced to repeatedly relive in my mind, and suffer anew, the long-suppressed horror and unbearable PTSD of my rape by his very hands at a well known Las Vegas Hotel,” she wrote.

Gonzalez also encouraged victims of sexual abuse to come forward. “Suppression of our voices only emboldens our oppressors, and you cannot heal what you do not reveal,” she wrote.

The music star has, however, denied the allegation.

“Trey and his team are confident in the legal process and that there will be an abundance of exonerating information to come over the next few weeks,” his rep told TMZ.

Kaffy Opens Up About Divorce From Husband Joseph Ameh

The former couple got married in 2012 and have two children together.

Nigerian choreographer Kafayat Shafau popularly known as Kaffy’s marriage to Joseph Ameh has crashed.

The celebrity dancer instructor made this known during one of the episodes of her podcast, JustKaffy.

“I have always wanted to see the best vision of my ex and even taking the chance of breaking this marriage was also to see that we both grew into what we really really are supposed to be,” she said.

“Marriage is supposed to be an alignment of destinies driving towards a place God wants for them. And mine really didn’t work out that way. And rather than looking at someone as the problem maybe you could be the problem of that person.”

She also revealed that separation isn’t a reason for both parties to become strangers or enemies.

“Separation isn’t the end of life for both parties involved. In fact if you both are honest about why you have to go apart, you will realize how much better life can be. Some people make it back, some don’t. What is ultimate is the outcome borne out of love!” she captioned the video.

There had been reports in 2021 that the dancer’s marriage to Ameh had crashed.

Kaffy and Ameh got married in 2012. They have two children together.

Jim Iyke has distanced himself from the controversy stirred by Shatta Wale.

Appearing on TV3's Showbiz 360, the Nigerian actor was asked about his opinion on Shatta Wale's comments.

In response, he said he does not have a problem with Shatta Wale’s opinions as long as they do not interfere with the relationship they have built over the years as friends.

The actor revealed that Shatta Wale is his personal friend who supports him in everything he does.“Shatta actually supports everything I do, so I don’t know, I mean the man is entitled to his opinion as long as it doesn’t rob of my personal relationship with him”, he said.

Distancing himself from the Shatta Wale and Burna Boy's drama, he said "it’s not in my place to determine what people say or how they react with, maybe his intention wasn’t bad when he said it".

In a chat with Giovani Caleb, he continued that "it’s people’s reaction that determines, people react to things in a different way, you could say something bad and I would see a major good in it, I will just chalk it down, it could be your opinion and you are entitled to it”.

“The fact that I disagree with someone’s opinion does not mean I should dislike his personality”, he concluded.
