Self-proclaimed African giant Damini Ogulu, popularly called Burna Boy, has allegedly spent $1 million (444,810,000 naira) on a new diamond necklace.

In a viral video online, the rapper, who is renowned for his passion for jewels, was applauded as he showed off the pricey jewelry.

The purchase, which is reported to be in commemoration of Louis Vuitton designer Virgil Abloh, contained the letters "ODG," which stands for "ODOGWU."

In late 2021, it was stated that the designer had been fighting a rare and severe type of cancer, cardiac angiosarcoma, since 2019 until dying of it in November of last year.

Reacting to the news of his death, Burna Boy revealed that Abloh was scheduled to be the creative designer of his next project.

The 22-year-old pop sensation allegedly acquired the exotic automobile for N100 million from a car shop in Lekki, Lagos State.
