On Friday morning, Alfa Aribidesi of At-Tawdeeh Islamic Da’awah, another well-known Islamic scholar, announced his passing.
A popular cleric and disciple of the late Bello, who is also an Islamic musician, Alhaji Basit Olarenwaju, commonly known as Aponle Anabi, confirmed the death on Friday by posting a picture of the 84-year-old scholar on his official Facebook page along with emotional emojis.
