Ben, an evicted Big Brother ‘No Loose Guard’ housemate, has threatened to take legal action against fellow housemates Wanni and Handi over alleged false accusations.

During his media rounds on Monday, Ben addressed the situation, recalling that Wanni had accused him of inappropriately touching her sister Handi's nipple while she was asleep.

In response, Ben stated that he has already informed his lawyer and management to take the necessary steps. He also revealed that he is waiting for footage from the show's organizers to support his case.

"I've informed my lawyer and manager about the matter," Ben said. "I've also requested the show organizers release the footage so I can press charges against Wanni and Handi for falsely accusing me. There are four cameras in that area, so there's no way something like that wouldn’t have been captured. I will press charges."
