Sanchez Double Takes Inter Milan Six Points Clear

Alexis Sanchez scored twice to earn Inter Milan a 2-1 win at Parma and move them six points clear at the top of Serie A.

The Chilean latched on to a loose ball to open the scoring in the 54th minute after an even first half.

He added a second eight minutes later after fine work by fellow ex-Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku.

Parma cut the deficit through Hernani but Inter held on in their bid for a first Italian title in 11 years.

A sixth league win in a row moves them six points clear of rivals AC Milan and 10 ahead of champions Juventus, who are third.

Struggling Parma remain 19th, six points from safety, and without a league win since November.

Fury Vs Joshua Fight Agreed – Promoter Bob Arum

Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury have agreed to a world title unification fight, says promoter Bob Arum.

The all-British bout between 32-year-old WBC champion Fury and Joshua, 31 - who holds the IBF, WBO and WBA titles - will see all four belts contested in a heavyweight fight for the first time.

After Joshua beat Kubrat Pulev in December, his promoter Eddie Hearn said the fight could be sorted in two days.

Fury's promoter Arum told iFL TV that "all the points" have now been agreed.

When asked if the fight was on, the American promoter said: "Yeah, as far as I am concerned.

"That's what each side has said. Now, we are scrambling around to get the thing signed and everything.

"But I can say clearly, based on my view on everything, that there are no more issues."

No date or venue has been confirmed, and Arum's update comes just a week after Fury himself said the bout was no closer to being arranged.

Porsche Considering Entering F1

Porsche and parent company the Volkswagen Group are considering entering Formula 1.

Any move depends on the direction of the sport's next engine regulations, which are due to be introduced in 2025.

Porsche Motorsport vice-president Fritz Enzinger told BBC Sport: "It would be of great interest if aspects of sustainability - for instance, the implementation of e-fuels - play a role in this.

"Should these aspects be confirmed, we will evaluate them in detail within the VW Group and discuss further steps."

E-fuels are carbon-neutral fuels that can power internal combustion engines without the environmental impact of traditional fossil fuels.

They come in a number of forms, including bio-fuels, which are made from bio-mass, and synthetic fuels, which are manufactured by an industrial process that captures carbon from the atmosphere.

F1 has committed to making e-fuels a central part of the sport from 2025.

Senior F1 figures say Porsche has been involved in the discussion around the new engine rules.

Man Utd 14 Points Behind Man City After Disappointing Draw At Palace

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says his Manchester United side need to find their "spark" again after they were held at Crystal Palace - a third goalless draw in a row for the visitors.

The Red Devils never really looked like scoring in a drab encounter at Selhurst Park, with their failure to win a blow to their already slim Premier League title hopes.

The result means Manchester United are 14 points behind leaders Manchester City, with the two sides meeting on Sunday.

Asked about his side's recent form, Solskjaer said: "Of course it's a concern.

"When you have three clean sheets in a row, that will help you win games - but we haven't produced the quality.

"We just have to find a spark again, the quality again and try to win the games."

The visitors dominated possession but struggled to create many meaningful chances, with Nemanja Matic going closest in the first half when he forced Vicente Guaita into a decent save.

Palace did not manage a shot on target until early in the second half when Jordan Ayew fired straight at keeper Dean Henderson after a good one-two with Christian Benteke.

However, the hosts almost pinched it right at the end when Patrick van Aanholt was put in on goal, but he was denied by Henderson.

The point for Crystal Palace moved them on to 34 points and 11 points clear of the relegation zone as Roy Hodgson's side edge closer to securing another season of Premier League football.
