Doncic Triple-double Leads Dallas to Warriors Win

The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Golden State Warriors 116-113 thanks to Luka Doncic's sixth triple-double of the season.

He led the way with 41 points, 12 rebounds, and 12 assists in a repeat of last season's Western Conference finals.

It marks the Slovenian's 51st triple-double of his career.

"It's getting boring," Mavericks coach Jason Kidd remarked. "I mean, let's try something new. Maybe he should do it with his left hand."

Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 32 points, but teammate Klay Thompson missed a three-pointer with 2.6 seconds remaining in the contest.

In other news, the New York Knicks' power forward Julius Randle celebrated his 28th birthday with a season-high 36 points as his team cruised to a 140-110 win against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday night.

The Los Angeles Clippers rallied from behind to defeat the Portland Trail Blazers 118-112, despite the absence of injured top player Damian Lillard. Norman Powell led the Clippers with 32 points off the bench.

Onana Releases Statement After Leaving Cameroon Camp

André Onana, the goalkeeper, maintains he made "efforts and energy into seeking answers to a predicament that a player often faces," but found "no will on the opposite side."

The Cameroonian international is returning home after being left out of the team for Monday's World Cup match against Uruguay.

Onana is returning home from Qatar, according to Gazzetta, after his national team briefly suspended him for disciplinary reasons.

In a message posted on his Instagram stories, Onana addressed the matter from his point of view.

Onana, according to Cameroon coach Rigobert Song, might have been reinstated to the squad if he had adjusted his attitude and followed the regulations.

However, the 26-year-quarrel old's with his national team coach was termed as "irreparable," therefore Onana opted to quit the squad and return home.

Cameroon has one point after two games in Group G and has little chance of making the Round of 16 considering that they must defeat Brazil in the last group encounter on Friday.

United Won’t Pay £86m For Osimhen

Manchester United are allegedly interested in acquiring Victor Osimhen next year but are unwilling to accept Napoli's exorbitant asking price of €100 million (£86 million).

Ronaldo's departure has left Manchester United devoid of choices at centre-forward, and the club is said to be contemplating bringing in a new attacker in January, with head coach Erik ten Hag worried about his lack of options as the season enters the second half.

Osimhen is regarded to be a long-term club objective.

Since joining Napoli from Lille in September 2020, the 23-year-old has scored 38 goals and produced 12 assists in 76 games.

Meanwhile, Osimhen has been in excellent form with the Italian giants this season, scoring 10 goals and collecting three assists in 14 games across all competitions.

The Nigeria international is said to be a top target for the 20-time English champions, who are poised to spend heavily on a new center-forward in 2023.

However, according to Sky Deutschland, Manchester United has said that they are unwilling to fulfill Napoli's £86 million asking price.

According to German writer Florian Plettenberg, the English side are drawn to Osimhen's "speed and physicality," and they feel he is ready to transfer to the Premier League.

According to Italian writer Fabrizio Romano, Napoli have said unequivocally that the Nigerian would not be permitted to leave the club during the season.

Juventus post record financial loses

Juventus' whole board, including its president Andrea Agnelli, has resigned.

The collective resignation was announced in a statement on the club’s official website,

The Serie A team lost €254.3m (£220m), a record in Italy, and finished fourth in the league the previous season.

After a police inquiry into the club's moves was started in November 2021, Juventus declared that they were cooperating with authorities.

Between 2019 and 2021, "revenues from player registration rights" were the subject of the investigation.

Agnelli and the departing vice president Pavel Nedved were some of those under scrutiny.

According to a statement, the board all resigned "having evaluated the significance and relevance of pending legal and accounting challenges."

The outgoing board "thought it to be in the best social interest to recommend that Juventus choose a new board of directors to help the company achieve its goals"

However, Juventus have fallen off their perch in recent seasons, with Inter and AC Milan winning the last two Serie A titles respectively.

Juventus are currently third in the Serie A table, 10 points behind leaders Napoli, and are currently managed by Massimiliano Allegri.
