Nigerian comedian Basketmouth and his wife Elsie have celebrated their daughter, Janelle on her tenth birthday.

The celebrity couple took to their Instagram pages on Friday, August 6, 2021, where they shared photos of the birthday girl captioned with cute messages.

"Happy Birthday to my beautiful PRINCESS #JanelleOkpocha, May your day be as special as you are. Thank you for making it so easy to be proud of you, Daddy and Mummy love you so much. Welcome to the 10th floor," Basketmouth wrote.

"My real-life Princess. My precious child. My daughter with a beautiful heart, fearless, sooo kind, and exceptional. You forever make us so proud of you. Happy 10th birthday baby. I love you always and forever ❤️❤️❤️," Elsie wrote.

The music star says the terrible spirits almost ate his heart.

Strange times as Nigerian singer Solid Star has shared his horrible tale at a hotel in Lagos.

n a post shared via his Instagram page on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, the music revealed how the hotel he decided to lodge at gave him a duvet filled with evil spirits.

"Recently I checked in a hotel in festac to cool off and work on my project, fell really sick some days after and would have lost my life if not for the power of God," he wrote.

"Discovered they work with witches and terrible people to take my life. They gave me a Gucci duvet filled with terrible spirits that almost ate up my heart, guys be careful."

"Will put out the name of the hotel by 8pm tonight as this will save lives."

The music star is yet to release the name of the hotel involved in the affliction of terrible spirits.

Nollywood Veteran Rachel Oniga To Be Buried On August 26

The movie star passed away on Friday, July 30, at the age of 64.

Nollywood veteran actress Rachel Oniga will be laid to rest on Thursday, August 26, 2021.

This is according to her son, Mr Tunji Oniga who made this known during a phone interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Wednesday in Lagos.

Oniga said that the wake keep would hold August 26 at her residence in Magodo, Lagos State, while she would be laid to rest on August 27 at a cemetery yet to be disclosed by the family.

My mother’s death is shocking to me, in fact, I don’t believe she is dead. When I see her phone ring and she is not there to take the call, the reality will be dawn on me," he said.

“She was a philanthropist, who is always bothered about the needs of others."

According to a statement released by her family, the movie star died from a heart-related issue.

Originally from Eku in Delta State, the movie star was born on 23 May 1957, in Ebutte Metta, Lagos State.

She made her Nollywood debut in the 1996 hit movie 'Onome.'

Oniga went on to star in several big productions including 'Sango,' and Wale Adenuga's television series, 'Super story.'

Her most recent movies include 'Chief Daddy,' 'Royal Hibiscus Hotel' and 'My Village People.'

She was survived by three children and several grandchildren.
