Former Bon Jovi Bassist, Founding Member Alec John Such Dies

Alec John, the founding member of American rock band Bon Jovi, dies of unknown causes aged 70.

Jon Bon Jovi confirmed on Sunday that John Such, the New Jersey rock band's bassist from 1983 to 1994, has passed away. There were no immediate details on when or how John Such died. Bon Jovi's spokesperson did not immediately reply to queries."He was an original,"

Bon Jovi wrote in a post on Twitter. "As a founding member of Bon Jovi, Alec was integral to the formation of the band."

John Such, who was a boyhood buddy of drummer Tico Torres who brought guitarist and songwriter Richie Sambora to see the band perform, was credited by Bon Jovi for putting the band together. With Sambora, John Such was in a band called the Message.

New York-born John Such was a veteran figure in the thriving New Jersey music scene that helped spawn Bon Jovi. As manager of the Hunka Bunka Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey, John Such booked Jon Bon Jovi & The Wild Ones before joining the singer-songwriter's band. He played with Bon Jovi through the group's heyday in the '80s.

Kizz Daniel -”We Don’t Need International Collaborations”

Afrobeats singer Kizz Daniel held an interactive Twitter Q&A session with followers on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022.

A Twitter user recommended to Kizz Daniel during the Q&A that Nigeria needed more foreign partnerships. The 'Buga' singer, on the other hand, had a different opinion. Nigeria, he believes, requires international ears rather than international cooperation.

Afrobeats is growing in popularity across the world, and international collaborations are becoming more common. Artists are working hard to get into the worldwide market, especially now that international success has become a key indicator for success.

Kizz Daniel, on the other hand, feels that worldwide audiences, rather than international partnerships, are what Afrobeats require. Kizz Daniel is of the school of thinking that thinks that first and foremost, Nigerian music must appeal to a worldwide audience, and then everything else will fall into place.

Nigerian music has garnered more worldwide appeal as a result of the breakthrough success of 'Love Nwatiti.' Without a doubt, Kizz Daniel is one of the singers with the ability to write songs that will appeal to a worldwide audience and build on the success of 'Love Nwatiti.'
