‘I Look Forward To Recording With Asa,’ -Brymo

Popular Nigerian singer-songwriter Brymo has admitted that he longs to collaborate with Asa, another country's current international sensation.

Brymo, a multi-award-winning artist from Nigeria, announced on Twitter on July 31, 2022, that he is interested in working with the incredibly gifted Asa.

In the tweet. Brymo said: "I can’t wait to curate a tune or a few with Aṣa. You @Asa_official, are one I have dreamt, and still look forward to recording with… (and this is a cry for help, I’d love to do it soon…) lol"

Asa replied that she was excited to work with Brymo as well, and she made this clear. Asa posted "With Pleasure" in response to Brymo's tweet, indicating that she would be open to working with the latter.

Two of Nigeria's best singers and songwriters are Brymo and Asa. A collaboration between them will undoubtedly be explosive and feature layered composition as well as mesmerizing vocals.

A-Q and Brymo recently collaborated on an album, which critics and listeners alike have dubbed a special project. On a song with the equally gifted Asa, Brymo should test the limits of his abilities.

Actress Susan Pwajok Called Out Over Alleged N90K Debt

The Nollywood actress Susan Pwajok has come under fire on Twitter for allegedly owing a $90,000 bill. The movie actor has allegedly owed the creditor, Oluwaremilekun, the aforementioned sum of money since June 2022.

Oluwaremilekun described how the actress borrowed N180K from him and refused to pay the remainder in a series of tweets and screenshots of texts they exchanged.

"I think I've been patient & understanding for long enough. @pwajok_susan has been owing me a sum of N90,000 since June and has been ghosting me ever since then," he tweeted.

"You hit me up telling me how you needed an extra phone urgently wanting to take a break from social media due to mental health reasons and all, stating how you can’t pay me fully instantly and you’d want the payment to be split twice."

"I reasoned with all you said and decided to be understanding based on the fact that we’ve done about 3 transactions before and I even came to deliver myself at your house. You bought an XR and a power bank, total was N180,000 and you paid N90,000 that day promising to balance."

"Trying to keep the P between me and you, I told Daevess he should just find a way to contact you so we can talk, it proved abortive. I was forced to tell Daevees what was happening, then he promised to intervene."

The movie celebrity has not yet issued a comment to refute or contradict the allegations made by the alleged creditor.

Pwajok is a well-known actress best known for playing Blessing in The Johnsons.

She was born on January 15th, 2003, and although she was raised in Lagos, she is from the Berom tribe in Plateau State.

She began acting at the age of three, but it wasn't until her appearances in "The Johnsons" and other films like "Stopping Khloe" and "Desperate Housewives Africa" that she became a household name.

Her debut film, "The Tunnel," came out in 2014 and starred Waje and Patrick Doyle among other well-known actors.

The number one song by Burna Boy, "Last Last," is still doing well, climbing 12 spots on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The song "Last Last" achieved a significant jump on the Billboard Chart for the week of September 3, 2022, climbing 12 spots from 75th to 63rd.

This improvement follows Burna Boy's most recent sold-out performance in Lowlands, the Netherlands. Also, the massive throng that attended the London Notting Hill Carnival gave "Last Last" an exhilarating reception.

A top 50 position may not be out of reach since the increase in popularity of the song is indicated by the leap.

At the most recent MTV VMAs, which was hosted at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, Jack Harlow's song "First Class" won Song of the Summer.

His win was met with conflicting emotions, with some supporters claiming he wasn't deserving of the honor. Burna Boy's "Last Last," which has seen great success in Africa, America, Europe, and the Caribbean, is one of the musicians who fans believe deserve the honor.

Portable Publicly Apologises To Davido Over Comments Made During Osun State Governorship Election

The rude remarks that Nigerian singer Portable made about Davido prior to the Osun State governorship elections have been apologized for.

Recall that during the state's most recent governorship elections, Davido campaigned for Gboyega Oyetola of the ruling All Progressives Congress, while Portable worked with his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, of the People's Democratic Party (APC).

During the frenzied campaign, Portable said a few things about Davido.

"Open your ears and listen. My father is not a rich man. I am glory. I am the one who made my family rich. Support who support you. They ran to unfollow us," he said at that time.

Davido went on to unfollow the controversial music star on Instagram.

The Onitigbo of Tigbo-Ilu Land, Olabode Thomas-Fagbayi, the traditional monarch who granted Portable a chieftaincy title, finally persuaded Portable to apologize to Davido.

"There is nothing between me and Davido. I was called for a job there and I collected money. Davido and I do not have issues. Meanwhile, whatever happens, there is no problem. I am a child of God. I am not fighting with anyone. I am looking for money. Fans of Davido kindly forgive me. I am sorry," he said.
