Lebron James led the Los Angeles Lakers line up in their defeat to the Los Angeles Clippers before exiting the game in the fourth quarter due to an ankle injury.
Â
The now-four-time NBA champion scored a team-high 22 points as well as providing five rebounds and five assists before leaving the 116-109 loss in the fourth quarter.
Â
James appeared to sustain the problem when his ankle buckled while attempting to defend Clippers center IVACA ZUBAC in the paint but is confident of recovering in tine for the Lakers' game on Christmas Day.
Â
The Lakers are scheduled to face MVP favourite LUKA DONCIC and the Dallas Mavericks on Friday.
