The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has announced 229 fresh cases of COVID-19, taking the total number in the country to 8,068.
In its latest report, Lagos recorded 90 new cases, Katsina had 27, Imo recorded 26, Kano had 23, FCT had 14 and Plateau had 12.
Others are: Ogun-9, Delta-7, Borno-5, Rivers-5, Oyo-4, Gombe-3, Osun-2, Anambra-1 and Bayelsa-1.
