Nigeria forward Henry Onyekuru has turned down overtures from Russian giants, CSKA Moscow and Locomotiv Moscow, preferring a return to Galatasaray.
Onyekuru has struggled for regular playing time at French Ligue 1 club, Monaco this season following his summer arrival, from Everton for £12m.
The 22-year-old forward has made four Ligue 1 appearances for the Principality club and he is behind the trio Wissam Ben Yedder, Islam Slimani and Gelson Martin in the pecking order in attack.
Monaco are reportedly willing to allow the former Anderlecht striker leave on an 18-months loan deal for a fee around €2.5m according to Fanatik.com.tr.
The Nigeria international is reportedly desperate to return to the club where he enjoyed a successful loan spell from Everton.
He scored 16 goals (14 goals in 31 league appearances) for the Turkish giants last season, including the goal that won them the Turkish Super Lig title.
