Veteran Nollywood actor Dele Odule has opened up about the heartbreaking loss of his first child, describing it as the saddest moment of his life.
In an emotional interview with his colleague Kunle Afod, the renowned Yoruba actor shared the painful experience, explaining that the news was especially difficult due to the circumstances surrounding the child’s birth.
The 63-year-old actor reflected on the tragedy, expressing how deeply it affected him. However, he emphasized that he eventually accepted it as God’s will, praying never to endure such a loss again.
“The saddest moment of my life was when I was called that my first child died. It was very hard on me,” Odule revealed. “It was hard because of the situation during the child’s birth, but no one can question God’s authority. It was so bad that I don’t pray for it anymore.”
