Justice Kamorudeen Olawoyin of the Oyo State High Court in Ibadan has granted bail to three individuals involved in a food queue stampede that resulted in the tragic deaths of 35 minors in December 2024.
The three suspects include former Queen Naomi Silekunola, Ibadan-based broadcaster Oriyomi Hamzat, and school principal Abdullahi Fasasi.
The accused individuals are facing charges related to conspiracy, causing harm, negligent acts, and failure to provide adequate security and medical facilities during the event.
