Paul Pogba is determined to resume his career with a club in one of Europe’s top five leagues following the termination of his contract with Juventus, according to ESPN.
The 31-year-old midfielder will return to training in January 2025, ahead of the expiration of his ban for using a prohibited substance in March. The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) recently reduced Pogba’s initial four-year suspension to 18 months.
Pogba is reportedly prioritizing a move to a major European league to boost his chances of rejoining Didier Deschamps’ French national team. While several clubs have expressed interest, no formal agreements have been reached yet.
Currently training in Miami, USA, Pogba is focused on maintaining his fitness to ensure he is match-ready by January 1, 2025.
