Four individuals, including one Nigerian and three Indians, who were abducted on the Sagamu-Ijebu-Ode expressway three days ago, have been released. The kidnapping occurred on Sunday near the Sagamu area command of the Nigeria Police Force and Ilishan township, involving twenty travelers.
In a statement on Tuesday, Omolola Odutola, the Police Public Relations Officer of the Ogun State Police Command, announced that the three Indian nationals and one Nigerian who were kidnapped have been rescued. Details about their release, including whether a ransom was paid, were not disclosed.

Odutola noted that an investigation is ongoing to uncover the circumstances of the incident and apprehend the culprits.
